Sketchy Bitches Colourfest!
Join us for a technicolour sketchfest to mark the end of Sue’s Sketchtacular 7 Day Challenge!
The nights are drawing in and lockdown is dragging on, so throw on some rainbow clothes and come get colourful at Sketchy Bitches!
As usual, we’ll begin with a quick warm-up game and then take it in turns to pose for our portrait - 7 minutes per pose/person. And as ever, there’ll be a colourful playlist to cheer us along the way!
You could bring your usual drawing materials, or use this chance to experiment, upcycle and create some Sue-style artwork!
Sue uses lots of salvaged materials in her work - and loves a lick of nail varnish and acrylic paint! You could draw or paint your portraits on old cardboard, bags, books, wallpaper strips… bring buttons, broken badges, toys.. anything goes! See below for some inspo :)

Sophie often uses cardboard and acrylic paint to create awesome portraits at Sketchy Bs! She paints a base layer of colour on them first - might be a good idea to prep ahead if you’re thinking of going down the cardboard cutart route! :)
