In keeping with Sketchy Bitches tradition, after a quick warm-up we’ll take it in turns to pose for the group - drawing 8-10 minute mini portraits of as many people as we can in the time. Everyone who poses will get to take home their portraits at the end - bonus!

All levels of experience welcome - Sketchy Bitches is a highly unprofessional community focused on drawing for the JOY of it! If it’s your first time sketching for years then we will provide you with some fun prompts to keep things easy and experimental! Basic materials (felt tips and coloured pencils) will be provided, as will paper. BYO drawing kit if you prefer!

Join us for a family-friendly portrait party on Fellowship Square!

This is a unique and fun chance for kids to draw their grown-ups and vice versa, and to spend some time with other families in your borough. Everyone will have the chance to draw and be drawn, and we’ll show you some fun and easy ways to create colourful, characterful portraits in a matter of minutes! Expect to draw with your right hand, with your left hand, with your eyes closed, attempt some abstracts….

All ages welcome though this may not be suitable for very young children. All children must be accompanied by a drawing adult!

Fear not if you haven’t drawn since school or think you “can’t draw” - this workshop will prove you wrong!

Optional fancy dress code = Fairies & Fruits of the Forest!
Tickets = £5 Adults - Under 18s free but must be accompanied by a paying adult
NB: We’ll have a short break half way through the session and you are welcome to eat and drink at the tables.
