Joy (of sketch) to the world!
Christmas is approaching and we’ve teamed up with our friends at Cream Vintage to bring you a super-special Sketchmas event in the heart of the East End.
Come kick-start the party season and join your fellow Sketchy Bitches for a night of creative fun and sketchworking, to celebrate and give thanks for our wondrous woman-powered community!
There’ll be portraits. There’ll be prosecco. There’ll be Mariah!!
The plan
There’ll be 2 parts to the night: first we shop – then we sketch!
6.15-6.45pm: Meet at Cream Vintage (Brick Lane) to have a browse and pick up your FREE hair accessory to complete your look for the night.
7pm: Let the arty party commence! Our sketchworking spot for the night will be the Canvas Café: a wonderful/cosy community arts just off Brick Lane. As usual, we’ll all take a turn to pose whilst the rest of the group draw mini portraits of us, which we get to take home at the end! (Best Christmas cards EVER!)
9.15pm (ish): Time for a quick photoshoot with our freshly-sketched portraits, followed by a glass of Prosecco and toast to Sketchy Bitches everywhere!
Tickets £15 inc. a glass of Prosecco, an A5 sketchbook & POSCA pen and a FREE hair accessory of your choice!
Dress code = VINTAGE VIBES!
NB: Don’t worry if you can’t get out of work on time and can’t make it to the first bit at the shop. Just make sure you get to The Canvas Cafe ready to start sketching at 7pm prompt!

Did you know, in January it’ll be 2 years since the first ever Sketchy Bitches event and there now over 2800 of us in London!
