WHY DRAW?

In case you need a reminder… :)
It has been clinically proven that drawing:

  • Boosts cognitive function and memory

  • Deepens our intuition and empathy for others

  • Produces serotonin, endorphins, dopamine, norepinephrine… all the good brain stuff!

  • Improves hand to eye coordination

  • Sharpens observation skills, and improves our concentration and focus

And did we mention that it’s BLOODY GOOD FUN?!

“the connectivity has been really important for me”

Listen to Episode 5 of our podcast to hear an inspiring (and at times sweary!) chat between some of our regular Sketchy Bitches, talking about how drawing helps their mental health, and how our weekly Zoom events have helped them throughout the pandemic.
