Over 3 years and 1 global pandemic later, we’re heading back to the original home of Sketchy Bitches - The Create Place!

The Create Place is a bright and cosy workshop space in the heart of Bethnal Green - 2 minutes walk from the tube. It’s part of St Margaret’s House - a charitable community venue that runs a diverse programme of Arts, Ents and Wellbeing activities + the 100% vegan Gallery Cafe!

If you’ve been to an in-person Sketchy Bitches session before then you’ll know the drill:

• Someone will arrive late (but we won’t mind!)

• We’ll do some warm-up work in pairs, sketching the person opposite us

• We’ll spend the rest of the afternoon drawing 8 minute miniature portraits of whoever sits in the ‘posing chair’, at the head of the table

• Everyone who poses will get to take home their stack of portraits at the end

NB: We’ll provide paper and cards to draw on, plus some basic drawing materials (felt tips etc.) please BYO if you prefer.

There are only 12 spaces available so advance booking is essential!
Tickets = £12 (which will contribute to space hire and facilitation)
