It’s that ‘New Year - new me’ time of year again! The month we’re urged to embark on a new regime and quest to reach a ‘better’ version of ourselves. Will this year be different, given the the insights we gained in 2020? Let’s hope so - and let’s make it so, at this special New Year workshop!
It’s safe to say that in 2020 many of our best laid plans and good intentions went to shit. But for all that we lost we gained a stronger sense of ourselves - of our humanity, fragility, creativity, and priorities in life.
At these FREE 90 minute sessions we will reflect, sketch and share our ‘highlights’ of 2020 and discuss the things we want to take forward into the New Year, and beyond. We’ll also draw a self-portrait incorporating a mantra and/or self-care goals for 2021.
NB: We’ll be running a ‘Self-Love Sunday’ session on the 1st Sunday of every month throughout 2021, to keep us track and give everyone time and space to sketch, connect and share the love!
